Using this site

You may use this site to browse products, place orders, and contact us. You may not use it to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, to interfere with its normal operation, to scrape it at a scale that degrades service for other visitors, or to transmit anything harmful or unlawful through the forms it provides. Access may be restricted or withdrawn where any of these things occur.

Products and pricing

We make a considerable effort to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours can render differently from one screen to another, and small variations in finish are normal in manufactured goods. A product image should be understood as a faithful representation rather than a guarantee of exact appearance.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice, although a change in price will never affect an order that has already been placed and confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and in the rare event that an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging anything, giving you the choice of proceeding at the corrected price or cancelling the order at no cost.

All items are subject to availability. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable we will tell you promptly and refund that portion of the order in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, and it becomes a contract when we send you a confirmation and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including after a confirmation has been sent, where there are grounds to suspect fraud, where the order appears to be for resale rather than personal use, or where an error in the listing makes fulfilment impossible. Where an order is cancelled by us, any amount already taken is refunded in full.

Health and use of the products

The products sold here are general wellness and comfort garments. They are not medical devices, they are not offered as a treatment for any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice or as a substitute for it. If you have a circulatory condition, diabetes, an existing injury, or any other health concern that might be affected by compression garments, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use. Follow the sizing and care guidance provided, and discontinue use if you experience pain, numbness, discoloration, or any other unusual symptom.

The text, images, layout, logos, and design of this website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to view and share links to our pages, but reproducing, republishing, or using our content commercially without written permission is not permitted.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or any other content to this site, you keep ownership of it while granting us permission to display, reproduce, and adapt it in connection with the store and its marketing.
